Once we have all the necessary information, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. If you do not receive this email, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your apartment has been confirmed, our guys from customer service department will contact you a day before your arrival to tell you how to enter.
You will be given two different codes, with one you can access the main door of the building and with the second code you can access the apartment you have booked.
Please, note that the codes will only be active after 2:00 p.m. the day of entry until 12:00 p.m. the day of departure. From this moment the code will expire, unless you have previously booked a delay in your departure.
We thank you to advise us of your approximate arrival time to try to receive you, but if it is too late it will be impossible for us, however you will be able to access your apartment without problems with the codes that our staff has previously provided (the day before your arrival). The next day we’ll be there to welcome you!
We will be happy to say goodbye and wish you a safe trip back, but if you are in a hurry, do not hesitate, close the apartment and we will take care of the rest.

Smoking is completely prohibited in our apartments and public areas, It will only be allowed in apartments with open and private spaces, such as the terrace or the patio.
